Canberra Diplomatic Access (CDA) connects Defence Attachés and Advisors (DA’s) with Australian industry in a secure and appropriate environment.

CDA hosts information presentations from senior industry and government executives. DA’s attend as guests of CDA.

The purpose is to hear updates on current activities and products, ask questions and consider what import or export opportunities may present.

There is no record of proceedings and the media is excluded. At the end of the year any surplus funds are donated to a charity selected by the DA community.

Each DA may cast a vote at every event they attend for any charity they want to receive the end-of-year surplus funds donation. At the final event votes will be openly counted.
